Exceptional golf meets genuine camaraderie

Nestled in the southern end of the Salt Lake Valley against the Wasatch Mountains, Hidden Valley Country Club is a private club unlike any other—a true gem. Members enjoy 27 scenic holes of golf, exceptional dining, a seasonal pool, and a vibrant year-round calendar of events, all in a welcoming setting designed for relaxation, recreation, and connection.

Explore our Amenities

Golf

Our 27 holes of championship golf are set against the scenic backdrop of the Wasatch foothills. The original 18-hole course, designed by William F. Bell, opened in 1958, with an additional nine holes designed by William H. Neff added in 1979, completing the Club’s distinctive 27-hole layout.

Known as the Valley, Lakes, and Mountain nines, each course offers its own unique character, winding naturally through the landscape. Golfers often enjoy sightings of local wildlife, along with a peaceful setting that feels a world away while still being conveniently located within the city.

Dining

Hidden Valley is the perfect place to relax and enjoy great food with family, friends, and fellow members in a welcoming atmosphere with scenic views.

The Grille and the Lounge serve lunch and dinner daily, offering spaces for both family-friendly dining and adult-only gatherings. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy outdoor dining while taking in the scenic surroundings.

Pool

Our seasonal pool facilities feature a 6-lane lap pool, zero-entry kiddie pool, hot tub, two diving boards, and a slide, all set against stunning views of the city and the Oquirrh Mountains. The Cabana offers food service with an à la carte menu, along with drinks and kid-friendly treats.

Events

Hidden Valley offers a wide range of club events for members, including social gatherings, seasonal celebrations, adult-only experiences, and family-focused activities designed to bring the community together throughout the year.

Members may also host private events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and other special occasions, with flexible spaces and tailored experiences to suit a variety of group sizes and needs.

Guest Info

Clubhouse Attire

The dress code for the clubhouse is "Country Club Casual".

Members and guests are expected to maintain a neat, clean, and presentable appearance at all times. Clothing should be well-tailored, appropriately sized, and in good condition.

Within the Clubhouse, traditional golf attire is always appropriate. Jeans and denim are also permitted. Collarless attire, crafted from an elegant fabric, may be acceptable when worn with a jacket, or styled as a sweater. Hats may be worn in the clubhouse; however, all standard caps must be worn with the brim facing forward.

Golf Course Attire

Appropriate golf course attire includes traditional golf clothing designed for comfort and performance on the course such as collared shirts, golf slacks, tailored shorts, skirts, skorts, and other golf-specific apparel. Denim and overly casual clothing are not permitted on the golf course.

Standard caps must be worn with the brim facing forward and it is recommended that shirts are tucked in.

Members and guests are expected to exercise good judgment when selecting attire. Excessively revealing or inappropriate styles are discouraged, and all clothing should reflect the standards, traditions, and atmosphere of the Club.

It is expected that all members and their guests will be respectful of others while using cell phones and other forms of wireless communication. If you need to use your phone while at the Club, please find an out-of-the-way place, away from others. Please refrain from taking calls in the Grille or Lounge areas of the clubhouse. If you are expecting a call while with others, inform them, excuse yourself and retire to a private spot where you can take the call.

Members and guests are expected to contribute to a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone at the Club. This includes using appropriate language and behavior, treating fellow members, guests, and Club staff with courtesy and respect, following Club rules and policies, and maintaining the high standards that support the Club’s reputation and community spirit.
